Job Summary:
Join our dynamic distribution center in San Antonio, Texas, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient flow of goods. This role involves a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will utilize warehouse equipment and systems to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently. A strong commitment to **Safety**, including the proper use of **PPE**, is essential. The role requires physical stamina for frequent **Lifting**, standing, and movement. Familiarity with **Logistics** operations will be beneficial. We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within our **Logistics** team. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the distribution center.
  • Adhere strictly to all **Safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of warehouse **Logistics**.
  • Perform tasks involving **Lifting** and moving of products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability of **Lifting** up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to follow **Safety** protocols and **PPE** guidelines.
  • Understanding of **Logistics** and warehouse operations is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
