We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training. You will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on workplace **Safety**. This position involves **Lifting** and moving products, so a good physical condition is necessary. Understanding the basics of **Logistics** and supply chain operations will be beneficial. We supply all necessary **PPE** to ensure your safety and comfort on the job.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Sort and store inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick items for orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all **Safety** protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Contribute to overall team goals and efficiency.
- Proper use of **PPE** at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Capability of **Lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of **Logistics** operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to **Safety** and adherence to **PPE** requirements.
