We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for our facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations, from receiving goods to dispatching orders. You will perform a variety of tasks including picking, packing, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety in our team members. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Restock inventory and maintain organized warehouse shelves.
- Operate manual equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of required PPE.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
