In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive the correct items, on time. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick products based on order specifications, ensuring quality control throughout the process. This position requires stamina, focus, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of safety and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with inventory management systems and other warehouse staff to maintain seamless operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all warehouse safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers (training provided).
- Adhere to all company policies, including those regarding PPE and safe Lifting practices.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, performing tasks involving significant Lifting.
