Job Summary:
We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Dallas, Texas facility! This is a critical role in our logistics network, supporting the daily operations of our busy warehouse. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. A strong focus on Safety, accuracy, and efficiency is required. This position involves physical demands, such as consistent Lifting of materials, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout the warehouse. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and expect all associates to strictly follow Safety protocols and utilize provided PPE. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods.
  • Store inventory in designated locations accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company Safety standards and protocols.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant Lifting and standing.
  • Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices and procedures.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to wearing required PPE.
