We are seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to join our growing logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. This position is fundamental to the efficient operation of our warehouse, involving the movement, storage, and preparation of goods. Responsibilities:
- Unload delivery trucks and receive inventory.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock received items into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items carefully for safe transit.
- Stage finished orders for shipping.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and control.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Physical capability to handle frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
