We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your primary duties will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel and management to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial part in our logistics chain, ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. We value teamwork and encourage a positive atmosphere where everyone contributes to our shared success. Strong communication skills are beneficial for coordinating with team members and supervisors. We are committed to providing a safe workplace and will provide all necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Stage products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to Safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
