We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will be responsible for retrieving items from warehouse shelves, verifying product accuracy, carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit, and preparing orders for shipping. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting, preferably with order picking and packing duties. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. We prioritize the safety of our employees and provide all necessary training and personal protective equipment (PPE).
