Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive warehouse culture.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, including the importance of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
