Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Verify product information and quantities before and after picking.
- Retrieve items from warehouse shelves and staging areas.
- Ensure picked items meet quality and condition standards.
- Pack orders appropriately for shipment, ensuring items are protected.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Meet productivity targets for picking accuracy and speed.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse picking or order fulfillment role is preferred.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety, including the use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs consistently.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
