About
Seeking a meticulous Order Picker for our Des Moines, Iowa facility. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving and preparing items for customer orders, ensuring the efficiency of our logistics operations. Your primary duties will involve using pick lists or RF scanners to locate products, verifying quantities, and transporting items to the designated packing or shipping areas. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is crucial. Safety is paramount, and all employees are required to adhere to strict Safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, as it involves constant movement, bending, and frequent Lifting of products up to 45 lbs. Candidates must possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is highly advantageous.
