As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies, and report any issues.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with shipping preparations, including labeling and staging of outgoing orders.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
