About
Join our vibrant team in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. This role is fundamental to our Logistics success and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately selecting products from warehouse shelves based on order details provided via pick lists or electronic devices.
- Verifying the correctness of items and quantities picked against order requirements.
- Safely and efficiently packing selected items into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Applying shipping labels and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Complying with all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of assigned PPE .
- Assisting with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counting and stock rotation.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Supporting various other warehouse functions as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout your shift. You must be comfortable with consistent Lifting of up to 40 pounds. We value individuals who are meticulous, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to accuracy. Prior experience in a picking and packing role is preferred but not essential.
