About
Become an essential part of our logistics operations as an Order Picker in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure our customers receive the correct products promptly. You will be navigating the warehouse, locating products using pick lists or RF scanners, and preparing them for the shipping department. The ability to perform consistent Lifting is crucial, as is a strong commitment to workplace Safety. We value our team members and provide comprehensive training, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency and reputation of our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Read pick lists or use RF scanners to locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves.
- Accurately pick items according to order specifications.
- Verify picked items for correctness before moving to the next stage.
- Package picked items securely for shipment.
- Maintain organized and efficient workflows in the picking process.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies, including proper Lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through careful handling and scanning.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to Safety.
- Familiarity with scanning technology is a plus.
