You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role is the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. You'll work with cutting-edge warehouse technology and contribute to a seamless order fulfillment process. This position requires individuals who can stand for long periods, perform manual dexterity tasks, and handle occasional Lifting . Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Label packages for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize provided PPE consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and moderate Lifting .
- Basic understanding of inventory and order fulfillment processes within Logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Awareness of workplace Safety standards and the importance of PPE .
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
