Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specific instructions.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments.
- Handle tasks related to the logistics of moving goods within the warehouse.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Willingness to follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and manual Lifting.
