About

The Goal:
I am the CEO of Brand Elevate, a specialized book printing/fulfillment and corporate "Wow Box" fulfillment company. We have a clear growth plan, a high-value "Dream 400" target list, and a modern tech stack. I am looking for a strategic Marketing Operations Manager to take the "marketing engine" out of my head and turn it into a documented, automated system that runs without me.
This is not a social media or "content creation" role. This is a Systems & Implementation role.
Your Mission:
You will create, manage and optimize our lead generation and nurture engine. You will oversee a technical overseas freelancer and ensure that our outbound and inbound systems are converting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Stack: Oversee the integration and output of Apollo, Clay, and Instantly.
Workflow Optimization: Ensure the data flows correctly from our outbound engine (Instantly) into our CRM (ActiveCampaign) and project management tool ).
Email & LinkedIn Strategy: Optimize scripts and sequences for our "Dream 400" outreach to maintain a human, personal touch while operating at scale.
Nurture Sequences: Build and manage automated email funnels for current clients and warm prospects to increase lifetime value.
KPI Reporting: Provide a weekly scorecard on open rates, reply rates, SQLs, and "Code-Cracking" metrics (CPL/CAC).
SOP Documentation: Document the marketing processes so they are repeatable and transferable.
The Tech Stack You'll Use:
Outbound: Apollo, Clay, Instantly.
CRM/Nurture: ActiveCampaign.
Project Management:
Sales: LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: You have built B2B lead generation engines before (show us your results).
Data-Driven: You think in terms of funnels, conversion rates, and ROI.
Direct & Concise: You can write in a warm, simple, human tone (5th-grade reading level—no corporate jargon).
Integrator Mindset: You don't just "do tasks"—you build systems and tell me what needs to change to hit our 20% annual growth target.
Hours: Fractional/Part-time (Starting at 5-10 hours per week).
