What You Will Do:
Campaign Architecture: Set up and manage complex campaign structures (CBO/ABO) that scale.
Creative Strategy: Analyze which images and videos work and tell us what we need to make next to get more clicks.
Lead Quality: Monitor the quality of the leads. If the cost is low but the leads are bad, you fix the targeting or the form.
Technical Management: Manage the Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and tracking to ensure every dollar is accounted for.
Expectations:
Proactively kill losing ads and scale winners without being asked.
Solve "Account Restricted" or tracking issues independently.
Own the results. If the lead flow stops, you are the first person to find out why and fix it.
Not a fit if: You only know how to press the "Promote" button or if you don't understand how to read data to make decisions.
Good to have:
Google Ads experience
TikTok Ads experience
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
