Must-haves:
Figma to Webflow with zero guesswork. Fully responsive across all breakpoints. CMS builds that actually make sense — structured, scalable, easy to manage. Reusable components and clean class naming. Smooth animations and interactions, not just static pages.
When you apply, show us:
Portfolio with live Webflow sites. At least one example with animations. At least one CMS-heavy build. A Loom walking through a project how you structured it, why you made the choices you did. If you don't have a Loom, that's fine, but it'll set you apart.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
