About
We are looking for a true Brand Manager — not just a social media assistant. We need someone who can help us develop, shape, and elevate the brand as we grow.
This person must understand how to tell a story, build culture around a concept, and translate that into engaging content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Developing and refining Bloom Bae's overall brand direction
Creating and executing a cohesive social media strategy
Understanding trends, algorithms, and platform growth tactics (TikTok & Instagram)
Producing engaging graphics, short-form videos, and reels
Posting and managing content consistently
Helping craft our brand voice and storytelling
Identifying opportunities as we scale into new markets
Turning nightlife moments into viral, shareable content
Who We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms
Experience growing lifestyle, nightlife, fashion, or culture-driven brands
Skilled in creating engaging reels and short-form content
Able to design clean, compelling graphics
Understands storytelling and brand positioning
Strategic thinker — not someone waiting for step-by-step instructions
Comfortable working with a growing brand in scaling mode
About Bloom Bae:
Bloom Bae elevates nightlife through floral experiences — selling roses inside clubs, integrating bottle service concepts, and building cultural moments that people talk about. We've created something innovative and unique, and now we need the right person to help us tell that story properly as we expand into new cities and markets.
This is an opportunity to help shape a brand that's still being built — not just manage something that already exists.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
