About

We're looking for a scrappy, results-driven affiliate manager to help grow our Shopify Collabs program for Pinche Gringo, a fast-growing fishing, BBQ, and outdoors lifestyle apparel brand. Your job will be to identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates in the fishing, hunting, BBQ, ranch, and blue-collar content space, primarily on Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on creators who drive real sales (not just vanity metrics). Experience with Shopify Collabs is required, and we want someone who knows how to DM, pitch, negotiate commission structures, and build long-term creator relationships. If you understand outdoors culture and can spot authentic influencers who actually convert, we want to hear from you.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing
