In this role, you will help enhance operational and collaboration processes at Siemens Healthineers, contributing to meaningful improvements that support positive change and lead to better healthcare outcomes.
Your Role:
Execute all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the operations group, i.e. documentation,
commencement, funding, settlement and servicing of transactions covering the full spectrum of Siemens Collaborations and Research activities E2E. Acts as team member in an Operations team
Responsible for setting up and maintaining collaboration and research Agreements.
Responsible for operational assistance with executing, maintaining and closing collaborations and research activities, including ordering and shipping the systems, arranging for delivery and installation of the systems and upgrades, monitoring the system compliance, reporting on system status.
Responsible for payment execution, generating POs, project management.
Responsible for inventory and shipment logs for systems and transducers, including pre-release system builds and research licenses, internal material release.
Contributes to monitoring site enrollment, patient enrollment, and data integrity
Responsible for CAP tool submissions for compliance.
Responsible for stakeholder alignment between clinical scientists, liaisons, product and marketing managers, engineers, field service engineers, transportation partners, and customers.
Your Expertise:
Operational Excellence & Execution
Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day operational workflows across complex, cross‑functional environments, including documentation handling, transaction lifecycle execution, financial processes, and E2E project coordination for research and collaboration programs.
Contract & Agreement Administration
Experience setting up, maintaining, and tracking collaboration and research agreements; ensuring alignment with internal policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards throughout the agreement lifecycle.
Project & Logistics Management
Strong background coordinating equipment orders, shipping logistics, site delivery, installation, upgrades, and system decommissioning. Skilled in monitoring system compliance, maintaining asset status reports, and resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently.
Financial & Procurement Operations
Competence in payment processing, purchase order creation, budgeting support, and tracking financial flows associated with research collaborations and system deployments.
Inventory & Asset Control
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory logs, system and transducer tracking, pre‑release system builds, research licenses, and internal material movements—ensuring accuracy, visibility, and audit readiness.
Clinical Operations Support
Understanding of clinical research workflows including site onboarding, patient enrollment tracking, data integrity monitoring, and supporting clinical scientists in delivering high‑quality study operations.
Compliance & CAP Management
Experience submitting, tracking, and closing CAP (Corrective Action Plan) items, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with internal quality standards.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Skilled at facilitating communication and alignment among clinical scientists, clinical liaisons, marketing and product teams, engineering, field service, logistics partners, and external customers to ensure smooth execution of research and collaboration programs.
Technical & Systems Proficiency
Comfortable using ERP/CRM systems, project management tools, inventory platforms, and collaboration software. Ability to learn specialized internal systems quickly and support operational automation where possible.
Problem‑Solving & Continuous Improvement
Adept at identifying workflow gaps, proposing process improvements, and driving efficiency while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:

1. Operational & Administrative Skills
Strong ability to manage day‑to‑day operations (documentation, transaction lifecycle, reporting).
Experience handling agreement setup, record keeping, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Ability to manage CAP (Corrective Action Plan) submissions and compliance tasks.
2. Project & Program Management
Experience coordinating and tracking multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to plan, organize, and execute research or collaboration‑related projects E2E.
Skilled in communicating timelines, resolving blockers, and ensuring project milestones are met.
3. Logistics & Asset Management
Knowledge of order management, shipping, delivery scheduling, and installation coordination.
Experience managing inventory logs, asset tracking, and system compliance monitoring.
Familiarity with pre‑release system builds and material release processes.
4. Procurement & Financial Operations
Ability to generate and track purchase orders (POs).
Experience with payment processing and financial documentation workflows.
Understanding of procurement systems and vendor management.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Excellent communication skills for working with:
clinical scientists, liaisons, engineering teams, product and marketing managers, field service engineers, and external partners.Ability to build alignment and solve problems across diverse stakeholder groups.
6. Clinical Research Support Skills
General understanding of research site operations, patient enrollment tracking, and data integrity.
Ability to support clinical teams in study coordination tasks.
7. Technical & Systems Proficiency
Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle).
Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, ).
Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms.
Ability to learn specialized internal systems quickly.
8. Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills
Ability to analyze operational data and identify inefficiencies.
Skill in recommending and implementing process improvements.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation.
9. Compliance & Quality Awareness
Familiarity with regulated environments (healthcare, medical devices, clinical research).
Understanding of documentation standards and audit readiness requirements.

The base pay range for this position is:
$91,610 - $125,961Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
