The Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO) plays a vital role in safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing economic prosperity. As a CBPO, you will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
In this role,
- Enforce customs laws on people entering US
- Determines admissibility of individuals into United States,
- Safeguards against smuggling activities,
The officers may also serve as proficient tactical response agents providing direct engagement within either preventative or emergency situations under both uniformed presence operation.
