Border Patrol Agent: Protecting America's Borders

The United States Border Patrol is a vital part of our nation’s homeland security efforts. As a Border Patrol Agent , you will play a critical role in safeguarding the American people by detecting and preventing illicit activity along the borders.

• You must be at least 21 years old, but under 40 (or up to age 57 with prior law enforcement or military experience)
 
• Citizenship is required - you cannot apply for this position if you are not a U.S. citizen
 
• A valid driver’s license from your state or territory of residence is needed, as well as having had primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years.
