This is a career ladder position that offers opportunities for advancement to higher grades. The position involves enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations while facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.

• The Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agency seeks candidates with experience in law enforcement who can make rapid judgments about individuals entering or exiting the country.

To qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-7 level. This includes detaining suspected violators using proper methods, enforcing laws relating to importing/exporting goods from/to US territories like Guam/Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands etc., utilizing intelligence techniques & behavior analysis.
