Why our client is excited about you

You're technically strong, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership. Whether you're part-qualified with a solid foundation in month-end, or newly qualified with audit experience, you've got the drive to make an impact from day one.

You'll also be:

  • Degree-educated with 2+ years in a finance role

  • Part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

  • Confident with Excel and financial modelling

  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Odoo, Sage, Netsuite - a bonus)

  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Resilient, proactive, and solutions-focused

  • Hybrid working - mostly office-based in Stroud HQ

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Your birthday off (after 1 year)

  • Two wellbeing days per year

  • Private medical insurance

  • Paid sick leave and enhanced family policies

  • Monthly wellbeing and health allowances

  • Laptop, phone, and tech setup provided
