• Safeguard our nation by enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws while facilitating trade and travel.

As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), you will be working in an elite team dedicated to protecting American interests. Your primary responsibility will be to safeguard our borders by enforcing all applicable federal laws related to importing/exporting goods or people from/to the United States. You may conduct inspections of individuals & conveyances, interview suspected violators for information regarding potential threats against national security; utilize intelligence techniques as well as behavioral analysis tools when assessing risks associated with these activities;
detain unauthorized immigrants until further action can take place.

• Investigate allegations involving cross-border smuggling operations including examining cargo/merchandise containers/bags entering/exiting U.S territories;
• Determine whether individual applicants qualify under current regulations governing entry into the US territory;
