Are you highly organized, process-driven, and have a keen technical aptitude? We're looking for a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for inputting and managing product codes in our system, ensuring that all part numbers are accurate, and maintaining system integrity. Your ability to police and enforce compliance will be key to ensuring smooth operations. You'll also support product lifecycle management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist with the setup and attendance of customer shows, with occasional travel (up to 10%, including international trips). If you're ready to play a critical role in product coordination, we want you to be part of our teamWhat you'll be responsible for:Supporting the Sr Manager, Product Management with:Manage customers' branding specificationsWork in homegrown system overseeing input, accuracy and updating of more than 70K item codes globallyEnsure compliance and confidentiality with rules and procedures including internal regulationsFollow up and coordinate product files and database projectsInteraction with production as it relates to product codesSupporting product lifecycle managementWhat you'll have:BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or related role1-2 years of related experience, internship experience may applyStrong technical aptitude, process orientedExcel skills to include exporting from ERP system into Excel spreadsheetsExperience in an ERP system (preferably AX, SAP) helpful, not necessary

Compensation details: 24-30 Yearly Salary
