Analytics Director Mid-size global performance marketing agency Location:
London (hybrid, 2 days in office) Are you an analytics all-rounder ready to lead and innovate? Join a growing global marketing agency, backed by a major media group, as they evolve into a consultancy-led data and analytics practice. What you'll do: Lead the data and analytics practice, combining strategy with hands-on implementation Work directly with clients to solve bespoke challenges and deliver actionable insights Collaborate with data tech teams to develop innovative solutions and AI-driven projects Drive client strategies around measurement, attribution, propensity modelling, and martech integrations (Salesforce, Magento) Build new capabilities and influence the future of the agency’s data offering What we’re looking for: Strong SQL skills and solid experience with Google Analytics & Tag Manager Client-facing experience within an agency or consultancy environment Ability to blend data strategy with practical delivery Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and AI-driven automation Nice to have: Adobe Analytics, Microsoft tech stack, AI agent experience, Salesforce, Magento Work with exciting global clients including Amex, Shell, and Cambridge University Opportunity to shape the agency’s analytics future and build a growing team Collaborative, start-up mentality within a well-backed organisation Work pattern:
