Entry Level Sales Support Representative Will Be Doing Stuff Like:
Talking to customers (yes, actual humans!) about Verizon Fios services.
Recommending internet and entertainment packages based on needs.
Closing sales with confidence, honesty, and maybe a few dad jokes.
Learning the ropes of communication, persuasion, and relationship building.
Setting goals and crushing them (sometimes by accident, sometimes by skill).
Bringing positivity and personality to every interaction.
Working with other Entry Level Sales Support Representatives who actually get along.
Keeping up with product updates and promos.
