An established, modern manufacturing company located in the North Hills is looking for an administrative assistant to join our team servicing existing customer accounts and handling general office responsibilities. Duties will include responding accurately and timely to customer inquiries and purchase orders and will generate pricing estimates of our products. Will assist with expediting of orders, processing customer invoices and general inquiries. Maintaining positive and respectable working relationships with coworkers, customers and vendors are of high importance. As in all positions, the above is a general description of job duties. A distribution or sales-oriented background is preferred but not necessary.
