As the portfolio continues to expand, this hire will strengthen operational coordination and ensure service excellence across multiple asset classes.

Your New Role

Reporting into senior leadership, the Property & Facility Manager will oversee day-to-day property management operations across a designated portfolio of residential, multi-residential, and commercial properties.

This is a coordination-driven role positioned at the center of tenant communication, vendor management, maintenance oversight, and internal reporting. You will manage service requests from intake through completion — assigning contractors, monitoring work progress, addressing emergencies, and ensuring timely resolution of tenant and client matters.

You will liaise with homeowners, tenants, field inspectors, suppliers, and internal accounting teams to ensure operational alignment. From coordinating inspections and managing rental processes to preparing documentation for Landlord and Tenant Board matters, you will ensure that compliance, reporting, and communication are consistently maintained.

The role also includes oversight of capital expenditures, vendor compliance tracking, utility coordination, service contract management, and ongoing monitoring of work order systems to ensure priority tasks are addressed promptly.

Success in this role requires organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple active workflows while maintaining professionalism and tenant satisfaction.

What Sets You Apart

You bring 3–5 years of experience within the property management sector, ideally with exposure to residential and multi-residential portfolios. You understand how service requests move through the system, how contractors are coordinated, and how tenant relationships are managed in real time.

You are highly organized and systems-oriented, comfortable maintaining accurate property records and working within property management software platforms. Experience with Yardi is considered an asset.

You communicate clearly and confidently across tenants, vendors, clients, and internal teams. You are independent and disciplined, capable of prioritizing effectively in a structured environment.

Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred, and bilingual English/French capability would be considered a strong asset.

You are service-focused, detail-oriented, and take pride in ensuring operational continuity across an active portfolio.

Compensation

In accordance with Ontario pay transparency legislation, the expected base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience.
