We require a clean rebuild with integrated booking, secure payments, and automated Zoom consultations.

Scope of Work
1. Design Refresh & UX Restructure
Modern, minimal, medically professional aesthetic
Fully responsive (mobile-first)
Clear user journey: Learn → Trust → Book → Pay
Improved navigation & content hierarchy
Fast-loading and technically clean build
We prefer clean, custom work over heavy theme dependency.
2. Online Booking System
The site must include:
Appointment booking (multiple consultation types)
Calendar/time-slot selection
Admin dashboard to manage bookings
Automated confirmation emails
Automated reminders (24 hours + 1 hour before)
Reschedule functionality

3. Zoom Integration
Each confirmed booking must:
Automatically generate a Zoom meeting
Include Zoom link in confirmation email
Sync properly in admin panel
Support rescheduling without breaking the Zoom link
You must have experience integrating Zoom via API or plugin.
4. Payments (Important)
We require WooCommerce integration with one of:
Revolut Business Payments
SuperPayments
Please confirm:
Whether you have integrated these before
Whether a plugin exists or custom API work is required
5. SEO & Technical Requirements
Preserve existing SEO value where appropriate
Implement 301 redirects if URLs change
Clean permalink structure
Image optimisation
Performance optimisation
Analytics integration

Ideal Candidate
5+ years WordPress experience
Strong PHP & WooCommerce skills
Experience with booking plugins + Zoom integration
Clean code, attention to detail
Comfortable working without over-reliance on templates
