We are a high-end software engineering agency offering a complete technical ecosystem for startups and enterprises. Unlike niche shops, we handle the entire lifecycle: Cloud & DevOps, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Web/Mobile Dev, and Business Automation (n8n/Make).
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify potential clients, start conversations, and book discovery calls for our Lead Engineer.
Your Goal: Find Founders/CTOs with technical pain points and get them on a Zoom call with us.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Find qualified leads (Founders, CTOs, Product Managers) on LinkedIn and Crunchbase.
Outreach: Send personalized messages. (We target high-value clients, so generic spam is not allowed).
Qualification: Ensure the lead has a real budget and technical need before booking the meeting.
Requirements:
Tech-Fluent: You must be comfortable discussing (at a high level) terms like AWS, CI/CD, LLMs, React Native, and Workflow Automation.
Excellent English: Your written communication must be professional and persuasive.
Hunter Mentality: You are comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
