What is the opportunity:

The Advisor engages in duties that support the ongoing achievements of Authorized Training Providers (ATP) or Certified Instructors (CI). The Advisor provides guidance to Evaluations Administrators and Coordinators by confirming training standards and builds the ATP and CI relationships through facility visits and webinars and seminars.

What will you do:

  • Participate in organizational projects and provide guidance on Evaluations training standards as they may apply to project outcomes.
  • Travel to ATP facilities for 1-on-1 visits and support. Make note of issues or successes, present new ESC initiatives, and assist with updating ATP accounts.
  • Advise Evaluations Administrators and Coordinators on unique customer service situations that require the application of Evaluations standards.
  • Write consistent Performance Letters based on investigation outcomes.
  • Develop, schedule, and deliver CI or ATP webinars and seminars.
  • Build fraud training and certificate counterfeiting cases of data for ESC's general counsel or RCMP needs. Interview counterfeit certificate holde34rs to acquire source information.
  • Other duties as required.

What you need to succeed:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration related field or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience 
  • 5+ years' experience working in a customer service role 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point 
  • Ability to learn iMIS Customer Relationship Management software
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately
  • Ability to reciprocate accountability with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Goal orientated and ability to work to deadlines 
  • Demonstrates creativity and ability to rely on experience and knowledge to make decisions confidently
  • Ability to identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities
