As a Customs and Border Protection Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws while facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel. You will work closely with other law enforcement agencies to prevent smuggling activities, detect contraband goods, and apprehend individuals who pose a threat to national security.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Enforce laws related to importing/exporting merchandise
- Detain/suspend suspected violators using proper methods
- Determine admissibility for entry into United States; prevent illegal entry/contraband/prohibited items
