Chief Retail Operations Associate

As a vital member of our retail team, we are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to establish and maintain exceptional Guest Services. This key role supports the Store Manager in overseeing various tasks that drive the overall operation of a store.

To excel in this position, you will be responsible for developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. A strong understanding of company policies and procedures is essential.
