About
We are seeking a highly skilled Customs and Border Protection Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations, as well as facilitating the flow of legitimate trade and travel.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. This includes detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using proper law enforcement methods. They must also enforce laws related to importing/exporting merchandise into/from the US/Guam/Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands.
Suitable candidates may substitute education for experience with an LL.B./J.D., Master's degree (or higher), or two years+ graduate-level education leading to such degrees.
