We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team of Customs and Border Protection Officers. As a CBPO, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the country's borders, preventing the entry of prohibited goods and individuals, and facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
Your responsibilities will include enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations; conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances; determining admissibility for entry into the United States; preventing illegal entries; identifying potential threats through intelligence techniques; interviewing suspected violators to gather information;
You must be able to make rapid judgments about applications of laws relating to importing/exporting merchandise or enforcement/administration regarding rights for persons entering/leaving U.S., Guam/Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands.
