Border Protection Specialist
About the Job:
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires individuals to be vigilant and proactive in protecting America's borders. As a Border Protection Specialist, you will play a critical part in safeguarding the country from illicit activity and ensuring the free flow of legitimate trade and travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations to prevent smuggling of prohibited goods.
- Facilitate lawful trade by conducting inspections at ports of entry.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills with ability to learn new concepts quickly.
Possess one or more years' experience in law enforcement or military service would also be beneficial.
The U.S. citizen must hold primary residency within three (5) years for eligibility consideration.
The 40-year age limit may apply depending on specific circumstances.
A bachelor's degree can serve as an educational substitute or complemented further with previous work experience,
or this combination verified through official college transcripts submitted during application process
