Our Challenge
Synechron is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee reorganization and transition projects, ensuring effective coordination, collaboration, and delivery of IT solutions. The role requires skills in project management, stakeholder communication, process definition, change management, and the ability to manage multiple projects within a complex governmental environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing large-scale government or enterprise IT projects
Strong understanding of government reorganization, transitions, and IMT initiatives
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Experience with change management and process improvement
Knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT compliance standards
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion
Develop project charters, plans, and schedules aligned with business objectives
Manage project resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints
Support change management efforts and foster stakeholder collaboration
Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement
