About

We are a B2B AI consulting and development firm targeting mid market and large organisations. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist who understands high value, low volume B2B search campaigns.
This is not an ecommerce or high volume lead gen account. We sell complex consulting and custom AI systems, so intent quality matters far more than traffic volume.
We need support across strategy, account refinement, and structured weekly optimisation for an initial 2 month engagement.
We will pay hourly.

Scope of Work
Phase 1: Strategy & Audit
• Review current account structure, match types and negative keyword strategy
• Refine campaign segmentation across consulting, strategy, development and industry specific campaigns
• Advise on bidding strategy for high intent B2B search
• Improve keyword targeting and expansion logic
• Review ad copy and improve for B2B buyer psychology
• Ensure conversion tracking is correctly set up and meaningful
Phase 2: Implementation & Optimisation
• Refine match types and keyword structure
• Improve negative keyword strategy
• Ongoing search term analysis
• Ad testing and iteration
• Bid and budget optimisation
• Weekly performance review and recommendations
Engagement length: 2 months

What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience running B2B Google Search campaigns with high cost per click and long sales cycles
• Experience with consulting, professional services, SaaS, or enterprise focused businesses
•Someone who has an understanding of AI and professional services marketing
• Strong understanding of match types, intent segmentation and negative keyword architecture
• Ability to think strategically, not just tweak bids
• Comfortable working hourly with clear weekly reporting
