About

We're building an AI-driven Revenue Recovery and Pipeline Generation system for B2B SaaS companies.
Looking for an experienced RevOps / Marketing Automation / AI Workflow specialist who has hands-on experience implementing production-grade AI sales workflows, not just experimenting with prompts.
This role will help deploy and optimize:
Inbound AI SDR workflows (instant qualification, routing, meeting booking)
Lost-lead / dormant pipeline revival campaigns
Signal-to-sequence warm outbound automation
CRM-native reporting, QA, and optimization loops
Initial engagement is for a 4-week pilot delivery, with strong potential for ongoing monthly work across multiple clients.
Scope of Work
1. Inbound AI SDR Implementation
Capture and respond to website/demo/form leads in real time
AI-assisted qualification and routing
Automated meeting booking via calendar integration
Logging activity into CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
2. Lost-Lead Recovery Engine
Segment dormant/ghosted CRM leads
Build AI-assisted re-engagement sequences
Manage replies, routing, and meeting conversion
Track revival rate and pipeline created
3. Signal-Triggered Warm Outbound
Identify intent signals (site visits, enrichment, triggers, etc.)
Build small-batch, high-relevance outbound sequences
Personalization logic using AI + enrichment
Response handling and CRM updates
4. QA, Reporting & Optimization
Weekly performance dashboards
Prompt/sequence tuning
Deliverability and workflow monitoring
Continuous improvement based on outcomes
Required Experience
You should have real production experience with:
HubSpot and/or Salesforce automation
Outreach, Apollo, Qualified, sequencing tools
LLM-powered workflows (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) in sales or RevOps context
Building meeting-generation or pipeline-creation systems, not just chatbots
Strongly Preferred
Experience implementing AI SDR or revenue automation for B2B SaaS
Understanding of RevOps metrics (meetings booked, pipeline created, conversion rates)
Ability to recommend best-fit tech stack, not just execute instructions
Comfort working in fast startup / pilot environment
Engagement Structure
Initial: 4-week pilot implementation
Hours: Part-time, outcome-focused
Potential: Ongoing monthly retainer across multiple clients
We're looking for a long-term implementation partner, not a one-off task freelancer.
