About
We are looking for an expert in Conversational AI to develop and deploy an intelligent AI Voice Agent. The goal is to provide a seamless, human-like voice interface on our official website that acts as a 24/7 front-desk assistant.
The agent must be able to "read" our website content in real-time to answer service inquiries, handle common customer requests (hours, location), and formalize the process for taking complaints.
Scope of Work & Requirements
1. Real-Time Website Knowledge (RAG Implementation)
Web-Lookup: The agent must use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to pull information directly from our official website's copy, service pages, and FAQs.
Accuracy: It should provide precise answers regarding our service offerings, pricing structures (if listed), and company policies based only on our approved content.
2. Core Conversational Capabilities
Service Inquiries: Explain what services are available and provide details on each.
Business Info: Answer questions about business hours, office locations, and contact methods.
Complaint Handling: Follow a structured logic to identify a dissatisfied customer, collect their details (Name, Contact, Nature of Complaint), and log the information into a database or send a notification to our team.
Context Awareness: Ability to handle interruptions and maintain context throughout a multi-turn conversation.
3. Technical Integration
Web Integration: A high-performance voice widget embedded on our official website.
Voice Quality: Use high-fidelity, low-latency text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) providers
Hand-off Logic: If the AI cannot resolve an issue, it should offer to escalate to a human or capture a callback request.
Technical Preferences
LLM: OpenAI GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, or equivalent.
Automation: Knowledge of or n8n for routing complaints/leads to our CRM or email.
Frontend: Experience embedding voice widgets into standard CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or custom sites).
Deliverables
A fully functional, low-latency AI Voice Agent integrated into our website.
A backend dashboard or system for updating the agent's "knowledge base" (URL scraping or document upload).
Integration of the "Complaint/Lead" capture system with our email or CRM.
