Responsibilities:
Audit current Meta Ads account and campaigns
Optimize ad structure, targeting, and budgets
Improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
Set up and manage Facebook Pixel / Conversion API if needed
A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements
Provide performance reports and actionable insights
Recommend scaling strategies for winning campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience with Meta Ads optimization
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
Experience with e-commerce / lead generation campaigns (preferred)
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Good communication and reporting skills
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
