About

We are a multi-brand eCommerce company operating primarily in the health, wellness, beauty, and gifting space.
We're hiring a conversion-focused graphic designer with real experience in performance marketing and direct response.
This is NOT a brand-only design role.
You must understand:
CTR optimization
Scroll-stopping hooks
Visual curiosity gaps
Native ad psychology
Designing specifically for paid traffic
If your portfolio is mostly logos, branding decks, or organic social content — this role isn't a fit.
What You'll Be Designing
Your primary focus will be:
- High-converting landing page creatives for funnels
- Advertorial-style visuals
- Native ad images & thumbnails
Our traffic comes largely from Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.), so you must understand how to design creatives that:
- Blend into editorial environments
- Create curiosity without looking spammy
- Drive high CTR while maintaining compliance
- Improve on-page CVR through visual reinforcement
You'll create assets similar in structure and intent to:
This includes:
- Authority-style imagery
- Mechanism explanation graphics
- Infographic-style visual proof
- Before/after storytelling
- "Discovery" style visuals
- Embedded advertorial images
- Product mockups
Responsibilities
- Design landing page & sales page creatives (primary focus)
- Create static Native ad images
- Develop multiple hook/angle variations for testing
- Design advertorial-style graphics
- Create GIFs or light motion creatives when needed
- Work closely with media buyers to iterate based on performance
- Optimize visuals for CTR and CVR
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong portfolio showing landing pages & paid traffic creatives
- Direct response design experience
- Experience designing for Native traffic
- Clear understanding of CTR vs CVR optimization
- Ability to design multiple angles for one offer
- Comfortable with fast feedback loops
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, After Effects (or similar)
- Fast turnaround times
Strong Plus
- Experience designing compliance-friendly creatives for Native ads
- Understanding of health/wellness claim sensitivity
- Ability to push conversion while staying platform-safe

- You only have brand/social design experience
- You've never worked with media buyers
- You don't understand performance metrics
- You can't show landing page examples
Portfolio is mandatory. Applications without performance marketing examples will NOT be reviewed.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
