We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support executive and board-level operations. This role will focus on board reporting, meeting documentation, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Transcribe and format board and committee meeting minutes
Assist with the preparation and formatting of board reports
Compile monthly reporting documents from leadership team submissions
Organize shared drives and maintain digital filing systems
Draft basic correspondence and follow-up emails as requested
Support scheduling and administrative coordination
Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Strong written communication and transcription skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and/or Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience supporting nonprofit boards or executives preferred
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with board governance structures
Experience formatting professional reports
Experience using Zoom (for pulling recordings to transcribe)
Basic project management tool familiarity (e.g., Freedcamp, Asana, etc.)
NDA will be required
Will be supplied login and information into our secure workspace to conduct work no work can be saved local all work must be done in google workspace
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
