Script Runner is an AI first and fast-growing health-tech logistics platform powering same-day prescription delivery across Canada. We work with national pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies, building the operational backbone for last-mile pharmacy delivery at scale.
We operate in the real world - last-mile fleets, drones, SLAs, enterprise contracts, financial ops, big launches and more.
We are building our outbound engine and looking for a founding BDR to help scale our next phase of growth.

The Role
As a Founding BDR, you will own outbound pipeline generation within an assigned territory.
You will:
Research and prospect independent pharmacies and small chains
Execute multi-channel outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, in-person visits)
Conduct consistent field visits
Book qualified demos for your team.
Maintain disciplined CRM tracking
Help shape and refine our outbound strategy
Experiment with AI tools to improve outreach efficiency
This is not an inbound role.
You create the pipeline.
Performance Expectations
60+ outbound touchpoints per day across channels
Regular in-person pharmacy visits within assigned territory
5–10 qualified demos booked per week
Clean CRM hygiene and structured follow-up
Continuous improvement of scripts and messaging
This is a high-activity, high-performance role.
AI-Driven Sales

You will:
Use AI tools to improve prospect research
Test AI-assisted messaging and outreach optimization
Improve workflows through automation
Continuously refine your outreach using data and experimentation
Curiosity and experimentation are expected.

Compensation
$50,000 base salary
Up to $10,000 annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)
