This is not a simple website build — this is a SaaS-style web application with secure authentication, role-based permissions, and scalable database architecture.
We are starting with basketball and expanding into additional sports (baseball, soccer, etc.).
The platform must include:
ATHLETE FEATURES:
Secure account creation
Athlete dashboard
Editable profile (stats, measurables, graduation year, academic info)
Highlight video links (YouTube/Vimeo)
Profile submission for approval
ADMIN FEATURES:
Admin dashboard to view all athlete profiles
Approve / reject / hide profiles
Filter athletes by graduation year, position, location
Export athlete data
Full data ownership
COACH FEATURES:
Coach account creation
Request access workflow
Admin approval process
Search/filter approved athletes
Save or tag athletes
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience building SaaS platforms
Strong backend database architecture (Supabase, Firebase, or similar)
Role-based access control
Secure authentication system
Clean UI/UX
Scalable structure for future multi-sport expansion
Experience integrating with APIs (GoHighLevel integration a plus)
DELIVERABLE:
Fully functional basketball version of platform, production-ready and scalable.
