Overview
Good Food Village (GFV) is in Founding Phase (Feb We don't need a large tech stack. We need an Agile Funnel: fast, trustworthy, and conversion-ready.
We already have final website copy (GFV v Your job is to implement it as a fast, mobile-first website with SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and a clear conversion journey (forms + tracking + CTA structure).
Goal (Outcome)
Build the Digital Kendra: website → CTA → form capture → CRM-ready data → confirmation messaging (via automation) → measurable conversions.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Mobile-first, fast loading (Core Web Vitals)
Technical SEO: meta, sitemap, robots, canonical, clean URL structure
AEO blocks implemented properly + FAQ schema / JSON-LD where relevant
CTAs wired to Zoho Forms (or forms provided by automation specialist)
GA4 + event tracking for CTA clicks and form submissions
Easy for a non-technical owner to edit after launch
Scope of Work
Build the full site using GFV v1.4.0 content (provided)
SEO setup + structure (headings, internal linking, meta fields)
AEO implementation: Direct Answer blocks + FAQ schema/JSON-LD
Funnel wiring: embed forms into key CTAs (Visit / CSA / PDF briefs / eligibility call request)
Analytics: GA4 + conversion events + UTM support
Handover: admin guide + backups + documentation
Preferred Platform (you recommend best option)
WordPress (lightweight) or Webflow.
Please recommend the best option for speed + maintainability + minimal budget.
Collaboration Requirement
You must coordinate cleanly with the Automation specialist and Creative specialist to keep CTAs, forms, tracking, and visuals consistent.

Handover documentation
Paid Micro-Trial (Required)
Build Home page + one inner page with speed + schema + CTA wiring. If approved, continue full build.
Reject / Hire Filter
Reject if: you don't understand AEO, Schema/JSON-LD, or Core Web Vitals.
Hire if: you can demonstrate fast sites + schema + conversion wiring.
